Manufacturer: MOBILE A valuable addition to Mobile's line of custom products, the ML55-SR Spark Resistant Pallet Truck allows for the safe transportation of materials in a combustible environment and is often used in electronic and clean-room applications. This model is essentially a modification that can be suited to any of the Mobile Pallet Trucks but is most commonly adapted to the ML55. Available in a variety of standard sizes, this unit features a Brass cover on the bulkhead and forks, a chain ground, and non-conductive Polyurethane Steer Wheels and Load Rollers to prevent sparking. Featuring the dependable re-buildable state-of-the-art hydraulic pump and ergonomic design that reduces maintenance, operator fatigue and downtime, this unit offers excellent maneuverability in compact areas.

Features	Benefits
Frame: Rugged heavy duty frame constructed of one-piece formed Channel steel offering light weight strength. The Forks are reinforced and feature tapered ends for easy Pallet entry. Forks and frame are brass covered to prevent sparking.
Forks: Reinforced for added strength with tapered ends for easy pallet entry.
Hydraulic Pump: Leak proof with overload capacity, the maintenance free pump features a hard chrome plated Lift Cylinder & Piston, quality polyurethane Seals & Wipers, and an easy to remove Cartridge design
Pump Stroke: Features a full 90 degree top to bottom stroke - requires 13 strokes to raise the forks to the maximum lift.
Handle: Tapered for greater strength, the spring-a-matic handle returns to the upright position automatically.
Control Handle: The universal handle has three position (raise - neutral - lower) fingertip control. Ergonomically designed and free of pinch points.
Steering: Features 200 degree pivot action for greater maneuverability, 7" polyurethane Wheels, sealed bearings and "Ball-Thrust" steering.
Load Rollers: Features 2.9" steel Load Rollers with sealed bearings.
Hangers: The one piece hangers are constructed of Ductile Iron Cast for greater strength and longevity.
Pivot Points: Mobile utilizes self lubricating high impact bushings at all pivot points reducing maintenance requirements.

Grounding Chain: This unit is grounded by a chain to prevent sparking.
