Standard Manual-Lift and Manual-Tilt Controls

Drum Dumpers are available in 3 different lift heights:

Hydra-Lift drum dumpers are available with 96", 72" or 60" (152, 182 or 244 cm) maximum lift height, measured from the floor to the lowest point of a horizontal 55-gallon (208 liter) steel drum.

Each stroke of the pump handle gives 1/2" of cylinder lift, taking approximately 43 strokes of the pump handle to raise the drum fully on model 400A-60 with 60" (152 cm) lift height.

Capacity:

  •     800 Lb. (363 kg) Full drum
  •     500 Lb. (227 kg) Half-full drum

Hand pump for drum lift:

  •     Pump handle to LIFT drum
  •     Release valve to LOWER drum


Drum tilt control on manual tilt drum dumpers:

  • Chain wheel and pull chain on 96" and 72" drum dumpers.
  • Hand crank on 60" drum dumper.
